JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Trädgårdsstadens School is growing! In the autumn of 2026, we will have over 490 students from preschool class to grade 6 with an associated after-school program. The school is located in a newly built area and was completed in the autumn of 2018. Our large schoolyard offers many different activities year-round.

Cooperative learning is an important part of our focus on both school and after-school activities. We are also a cooperative organization that expects engagement and a willingness from every employee to be co-creators in the systematic quality work at the school. Does this sound interesting? We are looking for a teacher for grades 4-6, where the role includes being a mentor. Your mission with us will be to continue building for the best of the organization at Trädgårdsstadens School together with principals, student health, and educators. You will have access to digital tools in your teaching and have close collaboration within your work team.

As a lead teacher, you will be part of a group of four lead teachers and drive the development work at the school together with the management - focusing on Cooperative Learning and Teaching Analysis.

At Trädgårdsstadens School, collegial collaboration is important and naturally integrated into our organization. QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed teacher for grades 4-6 or F-6 with broad qualifications.

To start working in preschool, school, after-school programs, and other educational activities, you are required to show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).
